Mustangs post pair of wins

The Lakewood Ranch High boys golf team beat Sarasota Military Academy and Bayshore in a Tri-Match Oct. 7, on the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club’s King’s Dunes course. 

The Mustangs shot a combined 152 to finish 26 strokes ahead of SMA (178). Bayshore didn’t post a team score. 

Billy Herten shot 35 to earn medalist honors for Lakewood. Cameron Weber, Mike Wijas, Daniel Miler and Louie DelFabro all shot 39. Jared St. Lawrence shot 50. 

Jack O’Hara shot 36 to lead the way for SMA.
