The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 15 and June 19. A condominium in The Grande Riviera tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. GRH LLC sold the Unit 500B condominium at 420 Golden Gate Point to Earl and Dorid Lamb, of Summit, N.J., for $2.9 million.
