Two properties in Harbor Acres sell for $3,656,000

Two properties in Harbor Acres top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Cindy Graham, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1362 Harbor Drive to James and Nancy Trivisonno, of Sarasota,
for $3,656,000.

The first, built in 1948, has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,688 square feet of living area. The second, built in 2005, has one bath and 260 square feet of living area.

The property previously sold for $3,175,000 in 2003.

SARASOTA
Oyster Bay Estates
Barbara Depaul, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 1414 N. Lake Shore Drive to Joern Sroka, of Sarasota, for $2.65 million. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, five baths, three half-baths, a pool and 4,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,425,500 in 2013.

Cherokee Park
Dean and Kelly Dancer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1723 North Drive to Ronald and Shannon Ciaravella, of Sarasota, for $1,587,500. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,491 square feet of living area.

Fishermen’s Bay
Peter and Jennifer Currin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8859 Fishermens Bay Drive to Joan Henley, trustee, of Sarasota, for $775,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2007.

Anthony and Anna Caragiulo, of Sarasota, and Anthony Testa, of Jackson, N.J., sold their Unit 1203 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Terry and Megan Boyer, of New York City, for $465,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,500 in 2007.

Taylor Morrison, of Florida Inc., sold the home at 8231 Varenna Drive to Paul and Lisa Antalik, of Murrysville, Pa., for $434,300. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area.
