Casa Hermoso Amanecer, a four bedroom and four and a half bath home on Casey Key, sold yesterday for $5.05 million.

Nick Herron, Realtor with Herron Group, sold the two-story home at 2110 Casey Key Road.
The property was originally listed at $5.9 million and was the highest RE/MAX Alliance Group property listed.

The home was built by Sol and Nancy Steadman in 1990 and is the first time it’s been on the market. Tom and Cindy Stuhley from Williams Bay, Wis., purchased the home.

The home, with a Spanish name translating to “beautiful sunrise home,” is a Gulf-to-bay property that also has amenities including a guest home, beachside cabana and a pool.
