The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 13 and April 17. A multiple property sale on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.
Timothy O’Donnell, trustee, of New City, N.Y., sold the home at 703 Casey Key Road and two vacant tracts on 100 Circuit Road and Casey Key Road to J. Dean Stauffer and Shelagh Stauffer, trustees, of Nokomis, for $5.3 million. Built in 1998, the home has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,648 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $5 million in 2013.

Sandra Rinehart sold the home at 700 Freeling Drive to Michael and Debra Griffith, of Sarasota, for $2.9 million. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 5,456 square feet of living area.
Nancy Jo Shoemaker, of New Orleans, sold her home at 1765 Cherokee Drive to Stephen and Jill Bell, of Rockport, Mass., for $1.4 million. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $381,800 in 1997.
Rockwall Osprey LLC sold the home at 309 Lookout Point Drive to Christopher and Michelle Brown, of Osprey, for $1.05 million. Christopher and Michelle Brown then sold the home to Ronald and Marna Westphal, of Pleasant, Wis., for $1.05 million. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,431 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2003.
