A home in Siesta Properties tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mary Karp, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7902 Sanderling Road to Robert and Viesia Kirk, of Jackson, Wyo., for $5.5 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 8,395 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.97 million in 1993.

Morton Terrace
Phillip King and Dennis Stover, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1623 Floyd St. to Charles and Colleen Maguire, of Brick, N.J., for $725,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 3,289 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,500 in 2004. 

Poinsettia Park
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 1959 Bougainvillea St. to Jackie Southard and Lee Ann Lowery, of Sarasota, for $655,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,720 square feet of living area.
