The Tower Residences condo sells for $1.9 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 13 and Oct. 17.

A condominium in The Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barbara Fried, trustee, of Crozet, Va., sold the Unit 602 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Walter Wenk Jr. and Mary Wenk, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.9 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2005.

SARASOTA
The Savoy on Palm
Arthur and Joan Schwartz, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 703 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Richard Reston, of Sarasota, for $1,777,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2011.

The Cloisters at the Landings
Brett and Marilyn Hutchens, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 1400 Cedar Bay Lane to Bernard Gerbarg and Naomi Gerbarg, trustees, of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., for $1,025,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,597 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,000 in 1999.

Sarabande
Earl Wright, trustee, sold the Unit 34 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Patricia Chotin, trustee, of Sarasota, for $955,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2012.

Burns Court Villas
Andrea Graddis, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 23 condominium at 551 S. Palm Ave. to James and Kimberly Wilson, of Brielle, N.J., for $870,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2012.

Ladue Lane
Ann Clark sold her home at 1405 Ladue Lane to John Hawkins, trustee, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,000 in 1991.

The Mangroves
Bayview Loan Servicing LLC sold the home at 1234 Sea Plume Way to Kenneth Johnson and Sharon O’Leary-Johnson, of Highland Village, Texas, for $700,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1985.

1350 Main Residential
Faye Ledwick, of Centerville, Ohio, sold her Unit 1200 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Douglas Holder, of Sarasota, for $552,900. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2011.

Johnson Estates
Carol Hyde, of Oak Bluffs, Mass., sold her home at 1511 Crocker St. to Amber and James Lynch, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,976 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Bay Park
Amber and James Lynch sold their home at 2324 Hickory Ave. to Andrew and Christina Walker, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 2010.

Hudson Oaks
Glantz Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 5 condominium at 1740 Alderman St. to James Weston and Linda Richichi, of Armonk, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,300 in May.

The Landings South
Kerry and Phuc Dinh, of Florence, Mass., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 1600 Starling Drive to Desiree Rijos, of Highland Park, Ill., for $240,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,900 in 2004.

Sapphire Heights
Juanita Adams, Sandy Brewer and Diane Fisher, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4831 Remington Drive to Sean O’Neil and Lena Cambis, of Sarasota, for $227,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,738 square feet of living area.

Phillippi Hi
G Thorpe LLC sold the home at 4025 Redbird Circle to Oscar and Carolina Revelli Di Beaumont, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 2009.

South Gate
Kevin and Christina Wilhelm, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2808 Sunnyside St. to Diana Eidel and Paul Eidel, of Venice, for $210,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,295 square feet of living area.

Gulf Investments LLC sold the Unit 308 S2 condominium at 308 Calle Miramar to Clyde Purmort III, of Sarasota, for $1.5 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2009.

Eddy and Lisa Block, of Milford, Conn., sold their home at 8015 Midnight Pass Road to Martin and Hara Pastikova, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1936, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2009.

Daniel Najjar sold the home at 5447 Cape Leyte Drive to Kerry and Pamela Leroux, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,159,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2013.

Nathan and Heather Perry, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 501 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Jeanette Dinkius, of Ocala, for $600,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,500 in 2012.

Scott Feder, of Wilmette, Ill., Howard Feder, of Whiting, Ind., Michael Kohn, of Dyer, Ind., and Andrew Kohn, of Conway, N.H., sold their Unit 507 condominium at 5911 Midnight Pass Road to Scott Feder and Dell Kennedy, of Wilmette, Ill., for $400,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1987.

Joan Lanberg and Howard Ramsay, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8731 Grey Oaks Ave. to Matthew and Suzanne Schiro, of Manlius, N.Y., for $465,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2007.

Mary Fothergill and Leon DuSoe, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8780 Pebble Creek Lane to Richard and Ellen Hartnett, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2004.

John Jones, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 7504 Botanica Parkway to Bertha Minot, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,000 in 2010.

Bertha Minot, of Sarasota, sold her home at 755 Shadow Bay Way to Barbara Conrad, trustee, of Osprey, for $425,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,900 in 2007.

Rivendell at the Woodlands
James and Teresa Jackson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1060 Scherer Way to Charles and Sheree Pertile, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $400,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,413 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

Meridian at the Oaks Preserve
George and Chong Lotwick sold their Unit 402 condominium at 3621 N. Point Road to Jeffrey and Margaret Vance, of Osprey, for $289,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2007.

Laurel Landings Estates
Mark and Sue O’Connor, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1620 Landfall Drive to Michael and Jacqueline Larosa, of Nokomis, for $454,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area.
