Siesta Key home sells for $6,344,700

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 6 and Oct. 10.

A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sharon Nizolek, of Sarasota, sold her home at 6629 Peacock Road to Jeffery Kints, of Ontario, Canada, for $6,344,700. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, seven baths, one half-bath, a pool and 9,375 square feet of living area.

Cherokee Park
Richard and Kathleen Katz, trustees, of Sycamore, Ill., sold the home at 1763 South Drive to Gary Ackerman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2013.

Oaktree Development of Sarasota LLC sold the home at 1638 South Drive to Gary Ackerman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $620,000. Built in 1938, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1989.

Richard and Nancy Koenig, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1781 Pine Harrier Circle to Andrew and Amy Treibly, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1999.
