The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 31 and April 4.

A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Insula Inc. sold the home at 156 Givens St. to M. Allen and Charlene Hatfield, of Sarasota, for $4.25 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,946 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.1 million in 2008.

John Cannon Homes Properties LLC sold the home at 1815 Wisteria St. to Kenneth and Mary Rice, of Sarasota, for $1.32 million. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,281 square feet of living area.

The Landings
Michael and Charlotte Asen sold their home at 5146 S. Kestral Park Way to Jeffrey and Christine Sell, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 327 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Donald Baillie Green Trust for $1,025,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,077,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1110 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Charles and Sandra Schneider, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $673,700 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 710 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Howard and Pearl Fishman, of Sarasota, for $672,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,000 in 2000.

John and Marlene Forster, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1530 Hansen St. to Jonna Keller, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,990 square feet of living area.

Andrea Markowitz, trustee, of Cave Creek, Ariz., sold the Unit 917 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Stephen and Marilyn Kaszynski, of Boston, for $850,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1992.

Richard Rieser Jr., of Northbrook, Ill., and Meg Yadwin, of Cary, N.C., trustees, sold the Unit 1208 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Cheryl Adelman, of Lewisburg, W.Va., for $795,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1992.

770 South Palm Avenue LLC sold the Unit 1602 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Robert Mims and Barbara Davies-Mims, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2001.

USDV Fund REO LLC sold the Unit 1406 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to James and Marsha Turner, of Sarasota, for $356,900. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2007.

Jerry and Denise Wilterding sold their home at 530 Givens St. to William and Robin Oegerle, of Bowie, Md., for $1.1 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,897 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.
