The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 8 and April 12.

A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rainer and Debora Blomster, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1540 Hillview Drive to Jeffery Kints, of Ontario, Canada, for $3,776,200. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 7,074 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
Plaza at Five Points
Roy Williamson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 15E condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Mark and Lily Clemann, of Sarasota, for $875,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,035 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.16 million in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 809 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Elaine Loring, of Sarasota, for $633,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2007.

Condominium on the Bay
John Cunningham, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 1915 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Nancy Finkel, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2010.

Bay Point Apartments
Robert Harris and Elizabeth Poire, trustees, of Tallahassee, sold the Unit 51 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Barry and Charlene Shere, of Palmetto Bay, for $500,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,000 in 1993.

Villas at Eagles Point
Margaret Hackett, trustee, and Douglas Peifer, of Venice, sold the Unit 1711 condominium at 1711 Starling Drive to Isabel Becker, of Ardsley, N.Y., for $429,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1997.

Cedar Cove Estates
Erling Julien, of Arcadia, and Shirley Branch, of Apache Junction, Ariz., sold their home at 1961 Baywood Court to Randall Chumley and Ernest Murphy, of Atlanta, for $328,900. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,000 in 1995.

South Gate
Edward and Lesa Stroop sold their home at 3444 Jaffa Drive to Jan and Simona Horcickova, of Prague, for $325,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

Landings Treehouse
Annie Urban, of Rockville, Md., sold her Unit 51 condominium at 1460 Landings Circle to Clara Washburne, of Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,900 in 1984.

Sandy Cove
David MacIver, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 2-B condominium at 31 Sandy Cove Road to Dennis Yee and Patricia Farrell, of Bethesda, Md., for $595,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 1989.

Gulf and Bay Club
Peter McKinney and Mary McKinney, trustee, of Dearborn, Mich., sold the Unit 607 condominium at 5750 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Barbara Gloady, of Dayton, Ohio, for $585,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 1992.

Siesta Isles
Dianne Baker, trustee, of Nokomis, sold the home at 911 Contento Circle to Robert and Marti Walsleben, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $56,900 in 1973.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Kismet Soltesiz, of Columbiana, Ohio, sold her Unit 404 condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Fred and Susan Miller, of Ocean City, N.J., for $470,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1994.

Our House at the Beach
Albert Royce III and Harvinder Anand, of Osprey, sold their Unit A-403 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Richard and Karen DeLuccia, of Midland Park, N.J., for $430,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2011.

Siesta Towers
Samuel and June Vogt, of Floyds Knobs, Ind., sold their Unit 7-D condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Richard Maurer and Patty Thompson, of Catonsville, Md., for $400,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,500 in 1997.

Boca Siesta
Lambco Corp. Inc. sold the Unit 303 condominium at 5911 Midnight Pass Road to W. Wayne and Suzanne Murray, of Ontario, Canada, for $300,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,000 in 2000.

Gunter and Helga Krebs, of Blaubeuren, Germany, sold their home at 8282 Deerbrook Circle to Gordon Yapp and Diane Tucker and Christopher Relton and Lorraine Laviolette, of Quebec, Canada, for $510,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,888 square feet of living area.

John and Ruth Winand, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7791 Calle Facil to Donna Wilson, trustee, of Chattanooga, Tenn., for $500,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $718,000 in 2005.

Vito and Janice Roberto, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7356 Featherstone Blvd. to Richard and Carole Fox, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,300 in 2000.

Ian and Janice Tingey sold their home at 5561 Carmona Place to Irwin and Eleanor Werbowsky, of Sarasota, for $428,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Paula Heggerick, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5372 Davini St. to Wayne and Roberta Drake, of E. Islip, N.Y., for $249,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,000 in 2004.

Provence Gardens
Lillian Bodnar, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 101 condominium at 7535 Botanica Parkway to Theodore Maliszewski and Bonnie Maliszewski, trustees, of Sarasota, for $313,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,900 in 2003.

Wellington Chase
Frank and Maria Alessio, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4923 Avon Lane to John and Linda Paske, of Sarasota, for $312,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,600 in 1996.

Villa D’Este
Daniel and Kathryn Beck and Gary and Pamela Smiga sold their home at 4505 Las Brisas Lane to Janice and Vito Roberto, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,209 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,000 in 2005.

Parisienne Gardens
Leo DiNuoscio and Pauline DiNuoscio, trustee, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 5239 Parisienne Place to Marjorie Burchmore, trustee, of Sarasota, for $247,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,700 in 2005.

Lakeshore Village South
Alice Feeney, trustee, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., sold the Unit 28 condominium at 3880 Wilshire Circle to Robert and Carol Perricone, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1994.

OSPREY
Park Trace Estates
Larry and Carole Hilliard, of Doulas, Ga., sold their home at 242 Willow Bend Way to Aaron and Allison Graham, of Osprey, for $325,900. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,556 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,600 in 2002.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Mary Stimmel, trustee, and Harry Stimmel, of Osprey, sold the home at 1263 Windward Drive to James and Marylin May, of Avon, Ohio, for $314,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,058 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $47,400 in 1985.

Sorrento Shores
Molly Goss, of Venice, sold her home at 435 N. Shore Drive to Edward Rooney and Amy Trefry, of Osprey, for $247,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,746 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,000 in 1999.

Blackburn Harbor
Stephan Day, trustee, sold the Unit 2202 condominium at 2259 Jessie Harbor Drive to Brenda Terris, of Osprey, for $245,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,006 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2009.

Blackburn Point Marina Village
Gerald and Sandra Beck, of Rensselaer, N.Y., sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1112 Beachcomber Court to Terry and Linda Kasten, of Dayton, Ohio, for $240,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,900 in 2005.

Rivendell
Andrew and Jane Chiappara, of Venice, sold their home at 579 Meadow Sweet Circle to Dennis and Constance Woodward, of Osprey, for $229,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,590 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,000 in 2006.

Casey Key
William Wilson, of Venice, sold his home at 4004 Casey Key Road to Erica Davis, of Nokomis, for $780,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,188 square feet of living area.

Falcon Trace at Calusa Lakes
Bruce and Peggy Maybeck, of Venice, sold their home at 2318 Harrier Way to Stanley and Carol Smith, of Nokomis, for $239,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2004.
