The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 12 and March 16.

A home in South Cocoanut tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Bradbury, Lakewood Ranch, and Patricia Bradbury, Bradenton, sold their home at 725 Mangrove Point Road to Richard and Melissa Hall, of Avon, Ind., for $4 million. Built in 1982, it has six bedrooms, six-and-two-half baths, a pool and 9,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.12 million in 1996.

Sea Breeze
Casey Key LLC sold the Unit 5 condominium at 9008 Midnight Pass Road to Todd and Joy Smith, Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2010.

Siesta Estates
Kimberly Madden sold her home at 5598 Siesta Estates Court to Marshall Wenrich, of Plano, Texas, for $815,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,924 square feet of living area.

Summer Cove on Siesta
Brad Lerner, Sarasota, sold his Unit 201C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to William and Vivian McDorman, Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2010.

Marina Del Sol
Joan Lennon, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit W-34 condominium at 1308 Old Stickney Point Road to Glen and Jeanette Hale, of Marietta, Ohio, for $600,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,500 in 2006.

Sarasota Beach
Kristine Kingsbury, of Canton, Ohio, sold her home at 651 Avenida Del Norte to Scott Young, Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,000 in 2010.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Michele Reilly and Susan Barna, trustees, and Michael Mastrangelo Jr., of Stockton, N.J., sold the Unit N-24 condominium at 5964 Midnight Pass Road to John Ren and Cathy Zhang, of Shanghai, China, for $375,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,300 in 1990.

Siesta Beach
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 5125 Oakmont Place to Mark and Carol Kennedy, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,206 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2004.

Bay Oaks
James and Mary Fonk, of Wauwatosa, Wis., sold their Unit G-12 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Jennifer and Donald Dzen, of Ellington, Conn., for $275,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2008.

Peppertree Bay
Guy Alland sold his Unit 503 condominium at 1255 Peppertree Drive to Peppertree LLC for $265,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1989.
