Neal home sales keep climbing

Home sales by home builder Neal Communities continue at a strong pace.

The company is reporting 11 home sales in each in the Central Park neighborhood of Lakewood Ranch, and its newest community, Woodbrook, last month.

Those 22 sales account for just more than half of Neal's July purchases, pushing total home sales for the year up to 325, or about 36% higher than during the same timeframe in 2011.

"Summer is normally the slow season," Neal Communities President Pat Neal said. "Despite some price increases, our team continues to please buyers with our offerings."
