St. Denis on shortlist for administrator position

Former Longboat Key Town Manager Bruce St. Denis is one of eight finalists for the position of Sarasota County administrator.

The Atlanta-based Mercer Group, which conducted the search, narrowed candidates down from a pool of 45 for Sarasota Board of County Commission consideration.

The county will hold two public sessions for the public to meet candidates on Sunday, Nov. 13 and Monday, Nov. 14. Commissioners will hold public interviews with candidates Tuesday, Nov. 15.
