Longboat Key resident Ruth Adler Schnee’s designs and a film about her life will be shown at the Museum Palazzo Mocenigo, in Venice, Italy.

The exhibition, “Ruth Adler Schnee: A Passion For Color,” an exhibition of modern textiles designed by Schnee, will be held June 4 through Sept. 4. The show will occupy the ground floor space and will feature original hand-printed fabrics from the ’40s and ’50s, as well as woven textiles combined with sketches and quotes by the artist.
