Commissioners will consider the development of a veterinary clinic adjacent to the Lakewood Ranch Tax Collector's office, as well as a 2,000-square foot commercial plaza off State Road 64, just west of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.

Other items being considered include a North County Transportation Maintenance Facility and a development agreement for the Summer Woods project.
