County holds land-use meeting

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners today will consider several land-use issues at its regularly scheduled  meeting.

Items being considered include the rezoning of nearly 13 acres off Upper Manatee River Road from agriculture to general commercial and site plan for a veterinary practice, among others.

The meeting will start at 9 a.m., Aug. 4 in the first floor chambers of the Manatee County administrative building, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
