A condominium at the Sea Breeze tops all real-estate transactions from Sept. 28 to Oct. 5. Christopher Evans, of Indiana, Pa., sold the Unit 5 condominium at 9008 Midnight Pass Road to Casey Key LLC for $1.3 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2009.

Dolphin Bay

Harold Atkins, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 1260 Dolphin Bay Way to Robert Palmer, Sarasota, for $729,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,000 in 1997.

Siesta Revised
Craig and Lisa Stern, of Sarasota, sold their home at 320 Faubel St. to Micah and Jennifer Keel, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,856 square feet of living area.

Fisherman’s Cove
Wells Fargo Bank NA, trustee, sold the Unit 213 condominium at 9000 Blind Pass Road to Kenneth Messick, of Trumbull, Conn., for $391,100. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,100 in May.

Sarasota Beach
Beltway Capital LLC sold the home at 308 Canal Road to Denise Hetrick, of Irvine, Calif., for $310,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2006.

Bungalow Hill

Jennifer Fox sold her home at 1689 Alta Vista St. to Scott and Teresa Tocher, of Sarasota, for $460,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1998.

Holiday Harbor
Richard and Janet Riley, Sarasota, sold their home at 7785 N. Holiday Drive to Brian Bruce and June Martin, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2004.

Alice and Thomas Cloud, trustees, sold the Unit A403 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Michael Zazarino, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2006.

Douglas and Jeannette Eastman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 128-E condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to John Tassotti, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $872,900 in 2006.

Becca Properties LLC sold the Unit 5 condominium at 590 Golden Gate Point to Kenneth Reese, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1948, it has one bedroom, one bath and 570 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2008.

Gulf Gate Pines
Brian and Judy Miller, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2251 Pine View Circle to Stewart Green, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,914 square feet of living area.

Rivendell

Murray and Cheryl Hays, of Mount Dora, sold their home at 1059 Scherer Way to Brian and Kelly McClannahan, of Osprey, for $470,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,400 in 2004.

Richard and Linda Ward sold their home at 825 Oak Briar Lane to Donald and Barbara Cogswell, of Osprey, for $408,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,119 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2007.

Deer Creek

Lois Shadron, trustee, sold the home at 8439 Woodbriar Drive to Jane Tice, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $78,000 in 1991.

Villagewalk
Howard and Sandra Schapiro, of Bel Air, Md., sold their home at 5697 Tristino Lane to John and Patricia Cesare, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,200 in 2005.

Chandrakant and Linda Amin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5365 Eliseo St. to Damaso and Rose Larrondo, of Sarasota, for $233,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $274,900 in 2004.

Dawn Tanner, trustee, sold the home at 5727 Firestone Court to Christopher and Shannon Stevens, of Sarasota, for $237,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1987.

Mission Valley Estates

Felson Development & Construction Inc. sold the home at 1304 Mustang St. to Louis and Adrienne Marquet, of Nokomis, for $275,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,023 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2005.

Sorrento Woods
Robert and Patricia McCutcheon, trustees, sold the home at 1044 Sorrento Woods Blvd. to Stephen and Susan Barry, of Nokomis, for $250,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,906 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1999.

Virginia Rakijasic, of Nokomis, sold her home at 404 Giovanni Drive to Sherry Hanson, of Nokomis, for $160,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,687 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2002.
