We all knew Longboat Observer Senior Editor Dora Walters would be going nuts after knee surgery. But now that she is on the mend, she is literally going nuts. Walters and Longboat Key resident Dawn di Lorenzo headed to Georgia, and along the way, they met up with Longboat Observer administrative assistant Patti Colby and Joy Fitzpatrick at We’re Nuts, a nut farm in Vienna, Ga. Walters and diLorenzo continued their adventures with blueberry picking, a green-bean festival and a trip to Morganton’s Music Hall.
