Main Street condo sells for $1.2 million

A condominium in 1350 Main Residential tops all real-estate transactions for the week of July 31 to Aug. 5. Santa Fe Community Investments LLC sold the Unit 1606 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Richard McDaniel, of Sarasota, for $1.22 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,251 square feet of living area.

Jeffrey and Ilana Jones and Stanley and Sana Hecht, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 322 condominium at 800 Tamiami Trail to Scott and Pamela Wilson, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2007.

Hartsdale
Patricia Salem, of Louisville, Ky., sold her home at 1927 Boyce St. to Ziad and Jidane Ghamra, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.

Riverview Estates
Karen Schmidt, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2500 Riverview Court to Tyler and Karissa Hyslop, of Sarasota, for $589,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,081 square feet of living area.

Melissa Thompson, Sarasota, sold her home at 1717 Field Road to Knox Cummin and Lucy Andrews, of Huntington, Vt., for $320,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,146 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1997.

Christine Paul, of Delaware, Ohio, sold her home at 6507 Waterford Circle to David and Donna Woodford, of Sarasota, for $269,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $107,600 in 1981.
U.S. Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 3833 Easton St. to Michael and Nadia Ciaravino, of Sarasota, for $175,900. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,000 in 2002.

Deborah Pennington, of Catonville, Md., sold her home at 334 Avenida Leona to Jason and Claire Fasbinder, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,500 in 1984.

Joseph Perry, trustee, sold the home at 619 Avenida de Mayo to Neil Rosenquist, of Winfield, Kan., for $400,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2002.

Jade Gates, trustee, sold the home at 657 Calle De Peru to Brian and Jane Holan, of Fish Creek, Wis., for $260,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,139 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1995.
