A home in Tortoise Estates tops all real-estate transactions for the week of July 9 through July 15. Peggyann Strmel, trustee, and Damir Strmel sold the home at 1162 Horizon View Drive to Andrew Reeves, of Omaha, for $2.49 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 4,906 square feet of living area.
