SEPT. 13
PANTS ON THE GROUND
7:30 p.m. 1500 block of North Washington Boulevard.
Suspicion Person. A complainant reported a man with his pants down. When police located the male, he said he was just adjusting his pants. The man had been drinking but was speaking coherently.

SEPT. 14
LEMON AID
11 a.m. 1800 block of North Washington Boulevard.
Civil Dispute. A man said he was upset with the car he had purchased from a dealership. He had owned the vehicle for a week, and, after having it inspected, found out it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. An employee at the dealership said the vehicle was sold as-is, without warranty. The man said he would be hiring a civil attorney.

NOTORIOUS B.I.G.
11:27 a.m. 900 block of Gary Street. Dispute/Fight. A man said he was in a verbal dispute with a man he knew only as “Big.” The man wanted “Big” to work on his car. “Big” told the man that he owed him $400, which caused the dispute. The man said “Big” wanted to fight, which caused the man to call the police. “Big” left the area on a bicycle.

SMASH HIT
4:30 p.m. 4700 block of North Tamiami Trail. Criminal Mischief. A woman reported that her son was intoxicated, became belligerent and broke the windshield of her car with his hand.

STOCK EXCHANGE
6:01 p.m. 2100 block of North Washington Boulevard. Dispute/Fight. Three women entered a store to return merchandise. Because they had to wait in line, they became upset with the store manager. The manager said one of the women grabbed an item, said it was the same price as what she was returning and began to walk out. The manager and a clerk stopped them and said that wasn’t allowed. The women were agitated and threw the item at the manager, knocked merchandise off the counter and left.

SEPT. 15
SWEAR OFF
8:07 a.m. 1300 block of Main Street.
Trespassing. A restaurant manger said he received complaints from customers about a woman who loiters daily in front of the restaurant. They said the woman talks to herself and uses foul language, though she sits on the public right of way area. When police approached the woman, she agreed to move and left the area angry.

MOMMA SAID, ‘KNOCK YOU OUT’
3:14 p.m. Marina Plaza. Dispute/Fight. A woman said a child asked her if he could play with her children and their ball at a children’s fountain. The woman said yes, as long as they played together. She said the child was hogging the ball, so she took the ball back. Later, her son spat water at the child. The child’s mother began to argue with the woman, and told the child to knock the woman’s son out if it happened again.
