When the man returned to the apartment, he found clothing strewn all over the floor and a vulgar message written on the door with fingernail polish. The fingernail polish was also on the leather sofa, and his DVD player was broken. The woman’s property had been removed. The man said he did not want to pursue any charges, but that he wanted the incident documented. Officers advised the man to change the locks.
