State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) celebrated the inauguration of SCF's sixth president, Dr. Carol F. Probstfeld, on Friday, Nov. 8, at Neel Performing Arts Center with the SCF District Board of Trustees, faculty and staff, and students; public officials, business leaders, community members and university delegates.
