Jonathan Greene, of Verona, N.J., sold his home in Old Oaks at 926 Indian Beach Drive to Anita Dunn and Ellen Babbitt, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $859,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2004.
