Siesta Beach House condo sells for $2.1 million

A condominium in Siesta Beach House tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Falcon Partners Ltd. sold the Unit 3 condominium at 508 Beach Road to Louis and Denise Colosimo, of Westport, Conn., for $2.1 million.

St. Michael the Archangel held an Easter egg hunt, Saturday, April 7. The event started at 9:00 am with games, temporary Easter tattoos and making frosted cookies. Kids collected tickets by playing the games that they later turned in for fun Easter themed items.

The Siesta Key Village Association hosted the 12th Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Games, Saturday, April 7, at Beach Access 5. The event was for children ages 1-6 and egg hunts happened every few minutes for different age groups so that everyone had a fair chance at finding some colorful eggs out on the beach.
