Siesta Beach House condo sells for $2.1 million

A condominium in Siesta Beach House tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Falcon Partners Ltd. sold the Unit 3 condominium at 508 Beach Road to Louis and Denise Colosimo, of Westport, Conn., for $2.1 million.

The Siesta Key Village Association hosted the 12th Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Games, Saturday, April 7, at Beach Access 5. The event was for children ages 1-6 and egg hunts happened every few minutes for different age groups so that everyone had a fair chance at finding some colorful eggs out on the beach.
