Members of the Bay Island Siesta Association met for their biannual meet and greet at John and Laura Proctor's home. Host Laura Proctor used her culinary skills to prepare a spread of various foods, and guests enjoyed mingling and tasting a selection of wines.

Children are wild about St. Michael the Archangel's Summer Bible Camp. The camp, called PandaMania, incorporates the theme, "God is Wild About You," and the decorations and activities revolve around wildlife and nature. Campers worked on crafts and donation items, sang songs and had water fights.

The proceeds directly benefited the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce and its efforts to host the 4th of July Community Fireworks Celebration at Siesta Beach.
