Big Pass Lane home sells for $1.6 million

A home on Big Pass Lane tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Richard and Margie Trumbull, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 149 Big Pass Lane to W. David and M. Denise Sanders, of Bristol, Ind., for $1.6 million.

Forget the one fish, two fish because Scott Dolan has opened the only fish on Siesta Key - Big Water Fish Market. The first fish market on Siesta Key hosted a grand opening on June 16 with a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce. The nautical-themed fresh fish and small grocery store had none-other than fresh fish appetizers for attendees to snack on.
