A home in McClellan Park tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Oct. 1 to Oct. 6. Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 2231 Oriole Drive to Ashok Sastry and Shree Shah, of Sarasota, for $2.02 million.
