A home in Siesta Properties Inc. tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Barry and Monica Kramer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7808 Sanderling Road to Siesta Key Landholdings LLC for $1.79 million.

The Out-of-Door Academy dropped its second-consecutive district game with a 42-21 loss to St. John Neaumann. The Thunder turned the ball over seven times in the loss. ODA quarterback Evan Wilson connected with Austin Hoppe for a touchdown and also ran in for a score. Running back J.T. Fischer scored the Thunder's other touchdown on a 5-yard carry. ODA returns to non-district action Sept. 28 at Evangelical Christian.
