A condominium in Terrace East tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Jonathan Barnett, of Purchase, N.Y., sold his Unit 303 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Ralph Basile and Karen MacDonald-Basile, of Sterling Heights, Mich., for $635,000.

Volunteers from Girls Inc., Concession Charities, the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, the Young Professionals Group and the Booker High School Key Club Sunday, Nov. 18, helped gift-wrap books and presents for 100 families.
