Real-estate recordings on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands and Bird keys doubled during the third week in May, from 11 during the week of May 10 through May 14, to 22 during the week of May 17 through May 21.

In the top sale of the week, Robert and Lourdes Ziegenfuss, of Sarasota, sold Unit 401 at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Residences, 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive on Lido Key, for $2.65 million to Daniel and Julie McGuire, of Old Field, N.Y.
