A home in Sandy Hook tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Kim and Olga Nielsen, of Tarzana, Calif., sold their home at 2 Sandy Hook Road to William and Georgia Weisberg, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $2.7 million.
