A condominium in Islander Club of Longboat tops all transactions in this week's real estate. William and Diane Wakely sold their Units 115-N and 116-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Park, trustee, of Naperville, Ill., for $1.15 million.
