L'Ambiance unit sells for $2 million

Mitchell Pressman, of Olney, Md., sold Unit A-801 at the 145-unit L'Ambiance, 401 Longboat Club Road, to C. Warren and Mariana Olanow, of Rye, N.Y., for $2 million.
