A condominium in L'Ambiance at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Heluan Properties LLC sold the Unit C-603 condominium at 415 L'Ambiance Drive to Linda Schneider, trustee, of Pepper Pike, Ohio, for $1,675,000.
