A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Edward Burke and Julie Burke, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit PH3101 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Deborah Renwick, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $2.97 million.
