8:49 a.m. -- 500 block of Ranger Lane. Property Damage. A man told police he wished to make a formal complaint after realizing that his neighbor's gardener trimmed a bush 6 inches past the property line. Police reprimanded the gardener, who told police he was not licensed to perform trimming skills. The neighbor was exasperated by the situation, telling police it wasn't "a big deal."
