Four-bedroom home on Lido Beach tops sales

A home in Lido Beach tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Anthony and Roxanne Marterie, trustees, of San Rafael, Calif., sold the home at 369 S. Polk Drive to Donna Nathan and Andrea Nathan, Sarasota, for $1,235,000.
