Paul and Sherri Stanley, Tampa, sold their home at 668 Lyons Lane, in Sleepy Lagoon, to Donald and Annette Niederpruem, Tampa, for $990,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,057 square feet of living area.
