As part of the Florida Wine Fest, recent Food Network guest chef and Viking Culinary Center resident Executive Chef Chris Covelli and guest chef Christina Machamer, Season 4 winner of "Hell's Kitchen," teamed up to provide East County residents with a culinary treat April 12. Guests at the special dinner event enjoyed a five-course meal matched with wines from Somerston Vineyards in California.
