Four-bedroom Bird Key home sells for $2.37 million

Two homes on Bird Key top all transactions in this week's real estate. Robert and Virginia Reck, trustees, of Rangeley, Maine, sold the home at 566 S. Spoonbill Drive to Teresa Franklin, trustee, of Atlanta, for $2.37 million.
