A condominium in L'Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Charles and Betty Ewing, of McLean, Va., sold their Unit J-404 at 435 L'Ambiance Drive to Donald Zimmerman and Claudia Zimmerman, trustees, of Atlanta, for $1,735,000.
