A home in Oyster Bay Estates tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Carlisle and D. Diane Fiers, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1131 North Lake Shore Drive to Clarence and Kimberly Griffin, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million.
