A condominium in Meridian II at the Oaks Preserve tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Jeffrey and Karen Tallard, trustees, of Dane, Wis., sold the Unit 801 condominium at 393 N. Point Road to Barbara Edgecombe, of Osprey, for $765,000.
