A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Gerald and Ann Allen, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 3521 Bayou Pointe to Peter Morris and Sandra Morris, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.75 million.
