A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Ronald and Patricia Zabel, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7010 Vilamoura Place to Robert and Molly Eliason, of Waukee, Iowa, for $860,000.
