A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transaction in this week's real estate. Norman Malcolm, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8119 Lone Tree Glen to George Dahlbeck and Diane Briganti, of Lakewood Ranch, for $640,000.
