A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Timothy and Theresa Young, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7139 Beechmont Terrace to John and Dianne Frestel, of Sarasota, for $780,000.
