A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Joel and Rosalyn Ehrenpreis, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 7806 Mathern Court to Terry and Mary Shaffer, of New Wilmington, Pa., for $1,025,000.
