A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. John and Patricia Spellman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7017 Brier Creek Court to Mark and Linda Conish, of Pineville, Pa., for $825,000.
